Dr. Lektroluv is the stage name of Stefaan Vandenberghe, a Belgian DJ from Ghent in East Flanders. He has created an imaginary persona for himself by dressing up in a dinner jacket and wearing a green mask during his sets, which is why some people call him "The Man With The Green Mask".
